How it works

  1. You shop

    You order from us as usual.

  2. An e-mail with stars arrives

    A week after delivery we e-mail you a link to the review. You cannot review earlier – the link is only in the e-mail.

  3. You review with us

    Choose the stars, the text is optional. You see the 50 Kč coupon right on the page and get it by e-mail too.

  4. You fill in Heureka's survey

    Heureka sends its Verified by customers survey about a week after the order. Once you fill it in and the order is delivered, we send you another 50 Kč.

Terms of the offer

  • You get the 50 Kč coupon for reviewing products you have not reviewed with us yet.
  • You get the 50 Kč coupon for filling in Heureka's Verified by customers survey about the order, once it is delivered.
  • You get the coupon for any rating, positive or negative. Neither the stars nor the text matter.
  • There is one coupon per order and per source (the review with us, Heureka's survey).
  • The coupon is valid for at least 6 months; the exact date is in the coupon e-mail.
  • The coupon works on a purchase from 599 Kč. What counts is the value of the goods in the cart, not shipping or the cash on delivery fee.
  • The coupon works once, on goods (not shipping) in the shop you bought from. It combines with the other coupon of the offer and with the quantity discount.
  • A cancelled order or an order without an e-mail gets no coupon.

Do I have to give a good rating?

No. You get the coupon for any rating, positive or negative.

Can I review before the e-mail arrives?

No, reviewing is only possible from the link in the e-mail we send a week after delivery.

When does the coupon for Heureka's survey arrive?

After you fill in the survey and the order is delivered. Heureka sends the survey; if you declined it at checkout, it does not come.

Do I get a coupon for my next order too?

Yes, for every order. For products you have already reviewed, you do not get the coupon for a review with us.

How do I use the coupon?

At checkout in the Discount code field. You can use both coupons of the offer in one order.
