Withdraw from the contract here

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires. Details can be found in the return policy and in the terms and conditions.

How to withdraw

• Online form – Withdraw from the contract here on this page: enter the order number and e-mail, choose the goods and confirm the withdrawal. The confirmation of receipt arrives by e-mail straight away.
• By e-mail to support@bestio.cz – simply send the completed form below or its contents.
• By post to Bestio Group s.r.o., Ohrazenice 160, 262 23 Ohrazenice.

Send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from withdrawal to Bestio Group s.r.o., Ohrazenice 160, 262 23 Ohrazenice. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will refund the money including delivery costs (to the extent of the cheapest offered delivery method) within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
